Known as Tham Phaya Nak by locals, Viking Cave gets its name from the intricate paintings adorning the eastern and southern cave walls, depicting different types of boats, including a Viking ship resembling a Scandinavian Drakkar. These paintings are believed to have been created by sailors who sought refuge in the cave during stormy weather.
