Chiang Mai & Bangkok Family Tour

Day 1 : Arrival in Chiang Mai | Airport Pickup & Hotel Transfer

Airport pickup: Fly down to Chiang Mai International Airport where our tour representative will be waiting for you with a placard in their hand. After the meet and greet, they will escort you to a pre-booked hotel in Chiang Mai. 

Hotel Check in: After arrival at the hotel, complete the check in process. Take time to unwind in your room and refresh yourself.

Leisure Activities: You may go out and explore the nearby markets or go cafe hopping in the city to experience local vibes and flavours. After your jaunt, return to the hotel and get a peaceful slumber.

Day 2 : Chiang Mai Temple Tour + Sankampang Tour

Morning: The day will start with breakfast at the hotel followed by hotel pickup by our tour representative. Today is all about getting to know the cultural and religious heritage of Chiang Mai through temple tours. 

Tour of Temples: In Chiang Mai & Bangkok Family tour, the most famous temples of Chiang Mai are:

• Wat Phra That Doi Suthep - The most revered Buddhist temple in Chiang Mai,  it features a shimmering golden pagoda and is a remarkable example of Lanna architecture. 
• Wat Chedi Luang - Built in the 14th century, Wat Chedi Luang is called  'The Temple of the Big Stupa'. Get a glimpse of the history in its ancient ruins and small temples that survived the test of times. 
• Wat Phra Singh - Another stunning example of stunning Lanna architecture, the temple houses the sacred Phra Buddha Sihing (Lion Buddha) image and is heavily ornate. 

Sankampang Tour - Afterwards our tour representative will take you to Sankampang which is a famous district near Chiang Mai. It’s famous for beautiful Thai handicrafts such as silverware, silk weaving, umbrella making, and wood carving. Before returning to the hotel, have your dinner. 

Return to hotel: After this long tiring but satisfying tour, you will be dropped to your hotel.

Day 3 : Chiang Mai Grand Canyon Water Park

Morning: On day 3 of Chiang Mai & Bangkok Family tour, get ready for a fun family outing. Today after breakfast, you will enjoy yourself at Grand Canyon Water Park. Our tour representative will meet you at the hotel. 

Grand Canyon Water Park: Enjoy the largest floating water park in Chiang Mai with your family.  A fun and exciting time awaits you at Floating Aqua Park, Kid Zone, Giant Slider, and Zipline (payable by you). You may also include wakeboarding, kayaking, and canoeing at extra charges. After a full day of adventure, refuel yourself with some tasty food available at the park’s restaurant.

Day 4 : Chiang Mai to Bangkok Transfer

Morning: Savour a fling breakfast at the hotel and check out. You will be transferred to Chiang Mai airport for your flight to Bangkok.

Arrive in Bangkok: Once you land in Bangkok, our Bangkok representative will pick you up from the airport and transfer you to the hotel. 

Evening: You may explore a nearby restaurant or cafe for a nice meal and return to the hotel to get some good night’s sleep.

Day 5 : Bangkok City Tour + Leisure

Morning: On day 5th of Chiang Mai & Bangkok Family tour, you will cover famous attractions of Bangkok. Our Bangkok tour representative will meet you at the hotel for transfers. 

Bangkok City Tour: On your BKK city tour, you will cover:

• Golden Buddha Temple (Wat Traimit) - It has the largest massive gold seated Buddha. Location: China Town’s Yaowarat Road.
• Marble Temple (Wat Benjamabhopit) - Made with white Italian marble, the temple has a stunning white exterior. 
• Gems Gallery: Learn about mining, cutting polishing of gems, precious and semi-precious stones. You may also buy high-quality gems from Bangkok’s Gem Gallery. 

Evening: The rest of the evening is free for leisure. You may explore Bangkok’s markets for any last-minute shopping and have the last dinner of this trip at a nice restaurant with your family.

Day 6 : Departure from Bangkok

Morning: Have breakfast at the hotel and check out from the hotel. Our tour representative will provide you with an airport transfer.

Tour ends, Departure: Say goodbye to Bangkok as you board your flight back. The tour comes to an end. We wish you safe travels. Return home with sweet memories of the Bangkok and Chiang Mai Family Tour.
