Day 1 : Arrival in Chiang Mai | Airport Pickup & Hotel Transfer

Airport Pickup: Upon arrival at Chiang Mai International Airport, our representative will welcome and escort you to the car. Settle down and receive a seamless transfer from the airport to your hotel.

Hotel Check in: Keep your IDs ready and proceed to the hotel's reception for a quick and seamless check-in. It’s time to relax and freshen up in your room.

Afternoon: You may choose to relax at the hotel or explore nearby restaurants or markets. You may also go to a Thai spa and wellness centre to get a massage to shake off the fatigue. (payable directly by you).

Chiang Mai Market: In the evening, stroll in the Chiang Mai Night Bazaar or Sunday Walking Street (depending on the day). Shop for fashion accessories, souvenirs, local handicrafts. Try classic local dishes such as Sai Ua (Northern Thai sausage), Khao Soi (Northern Thai curry noodle soup), etc.

Day 2 : Temple Tour in Chiang Mai

Morning: After an exciting first day with the Chiang Mai Highlights tour package, it’s time to explore the cultural and religious gems of the province. Post breakfast at the hotel, get ready for temple sightseeing. You will visit the following temples:

• Wat Phra That Doi Suthep (to reach the top, you can use stairs or cable car (extra charges)
• Wat Chedi Luang - A 14th century Buddhist temple + ruins, erstwhile home to Emerald Buddha.
• Wat Phra Singh - Features a striking golden frontage which shines bright in day light.

Afternoon: We will dip you at one of the best and pocket friendly restaurants where you can enjoy lunch. (payable directly by you). Enjoy northern Thai delicacies in the Old city. The rest of the day is free for you to explore the streets of Old city and have tea/coffee afterwards.

Evening: You can enjoy dinner at a riverside restaurant (optional) and later our tour representative will drop you off at the hotel’s gate.

Day 3 : Doi Inthanon National Park Day Tour

Morning: Day 3 of Chiang Mai Highlights package is all about nature and adventure. You will be exploring Doi Inthanon National Park on a full day excursion. Our tour representative will pick you at 8:00 am from the hotel.

Doi Inthanon National Park Full Day Tour: Doi Inthanon National Park is called the Roof of Thailand where you will see beautiful flora, misty forests, gurgling waterfalls and pagodas. On this tour you will:

• Explore the lush landscapes and natural scenery of the park.
• Visit Wachirathan Waterfall & Sirithan Waterfall.
• Lunch at Thai Hmong Community Market
• Explore Karen Hill Tribe Village and terrace rice field
• Grand Pagoda Napamathanidol (dedicated to King & Queen)

Return to Chiang Mai (5:00 PM): After this tiring day of excursion, our tour representative will transfer you to the hotel.

Day 4 : Half-Day Elephant Jungle Sanctuary Experience

Morning: Breakfast will be served at the hotel and afterwards you will receive a pickup ride by our tour representative. Proceed to visit an ethical Elephant sanctuary to interact and observe the gentle giants.

At Elephant Sanctuary: Learn about the conservation, rescue and protection of elephants (considered sacred animals).You can feed and walk with elephants in a natural habitat. Elephant riding will not be a part of this ethical and responsible tour of the Elephant Sanctuary.

Afternoon: Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant/cafe (payable directly by you).

Evening: The evening is free for you to go for last minute shopping. You may spend your last dinner of this trip at a rooftop restaurant or have a budget-friendly meal from a street food vendor.

Day 5 : Departure from Chiang Mai

Morning: Enjoy breakfast buffet at the hotel and check out from the property. You will be transferred to Chiang Mai international airport.

Tour Ends | Departure: The 5 day Chiang Mai tour comes to an end. After dropping you at the airport we bid farewell to you and wish you safe return.
